Supported by the Embassy of Japan in South Sudan in partnership with UNDP South Sudan, RDAA South Sudan, has trained 20 women in Jur River County, Western Bahr-El-Ghazel State in Business Skills and supported them with Startup kits to enable them apply the business skills with an objective of helping them improve the livelihood of their households. Among the startup kits distributed are Startup kits for establishment of Team Making shops, Restaurants and small scale mixed good businesses. These women are supported under the project entitled: Promote capacity strengthening and empowerment for community led-inclusive socio-economic interventions geared towards collaborative inter-dependencies and peaceful coexistence between communities, which is supporting returnees, internally displaced people, refugees and ex-combatants in Jur River County. |
