Supported by United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Rural Development Action Aid Continues to empower women in different ways. Many women actually have very good leadership skills but given the dominance of their male counter-parts, they find it very difficult to ascend into the leadership positions of their abilities This week RDAA with funding from UNDP in partnership with UNPEACEBUILDIG Fund will be conducting a four days workshop on Strengthening Women’s Participation in Leadership at all levels in the country This is to ensure that the 35% affirmative action enshrined in South Sudan’s transitional constitution is fully represented. |
