Brief Story Write up

As South Sudan draws nearer to their first ever general elections, it is paramount that the commission for truth, reconciliation and healing (CTRH) is formed so that by the time elections come, the voters who happen to be the citizens will be able to make right decisions.

That explains why we continue to sensitize the grass root level citizens about the CTRH as the best way to get justice for the atrocities committed against them during conflict . Once again in this session with the help of two community volunteer counselors previously trained by UNDP, we were able to provide psycho-social services to 10 community members suffering from post conflict trauma in Yambio County.
