Project Title:  A Quick Impact project for the Construction of Yubu Bridge

Brief Story Write up

Monitoring and Evaluation being a very vital project implementation component, RDAA Deputy Director Mr. Zingorani Albert (in a blue checked shirt) led a joint monitoring and evaluation exercise which involved project donors and the stakeholders led by the state minister for roads and bridges western Equatoria State, Hon. Anna Tunna (Lady with in a brown dress in all the pictures) accompanied by her director general and director of roads and bridges. Present also was the site engineer Mr. Jamal.

Objectives of the Activity

  1. To ensure that the project  is implemented as planed
  2. To find out if there are any challenges faced by the people on ground
  3. To find out if the project implementation is focusing on the objectives
  4. To find out if standards are met
  5. To ensure every fund spent so far is accounted for.

Expected Results

 

  1. Improved inflow of agricultural produce from Gangura
  2. Improved access to schools by the school children studying in Yambio
  3. Improved access to better health care services
  4. Improved security
  5. Increased possibilities for people in Yambio Accessing their farms in Gangura
