Brief Story Write up

Supported by the government of Germany through UNFPA and International Trade Center Rural Development Action Aid Successfully received funding to support 150 survivors of conflict related sexual violence (50 each) in Yambio (Western Equatoria State), Bor (Jonglei State) and Bentiu (Unity State) in the republic of South Sudan.

The pictures here bring you high lights of a workshop to training Front-line workers whose responsibility will be to help create awareness about survivors of CRSV and  where need be, become their first point of contact and at the same time the first line of defense.

Objectives of the Activity

  • Create awareness about conflict related sexual violence
  • To prepare them psychologically as the first contact persons for the survivors
  • To describe which steps one needs to take when they are approaced by a victim of CRSV
