Brief Story Write up

On completion of the project, normally the project implementer (RDAA) hands it over to the funder (UNMISS) who then hands it over to the respective stakeholder for commissioning so that it can used by the public.

So on this day of 21st October 2021 RDAA handed over the completed Mbulaba bridge quick impact project to UNMISS in the presence of the stake holders who were led by the State minister for roads and bridges Western Equatoria State, Hon. Anna Tunna, in the company of her director general. Also present where stakeholders from Maridi County led by the Commissioner Maridi County, Hon. Body Micheal and lastly the community leader and their people.

Objectives of the Activity

To ensure that the project implementer is accountable to the community and the donor.
To ensure that the community is aware of the efforts made by donor communities to help them make life better
To ensure that the out come of the project is handed over to the rightful government body for further management
To ensure that every body of a witness to the efforts made to provide services

Expected Results

Reduced deaths due to over flooding
Increasing inflow of farm produce to the main market
To Improve access to health care facilities
Improved security
Easy movement of pupils and students to and from school
